No this isn't the name of a new romantic comedy the two are starring in.

In a recent issue of Details Magazine, Shia LaBeouf revealed that he and Hilary Duff had gone out for sushi on "probably the worst date either of us has ever had."

The article didn't give any more information, but I suppose the date happened when they were both Disney Channel stars back in their mid teens.
